How do I upload content for my virtual or hybrid clip?

If you've received an email inviting you to submit content for your clip, please follow the instructions below.

Click on your upload link in the StageClip email you received, or head to upload.stageclip.com to start the process.  You can submit a photo, a video, and/or a written message.  You can choose to submit any combination of these items, but are not required to submit them all.  If your school has included phonetic collection as an option, you will have the option of listening to how your name will be pronounced and making any corrections.  Important note:  Your submission is not complete until you hit the Submit button at the bottom of the page. 

Uploading a photo

To upload a photo scroll down until you see the Photo specifications message box. Click on the BROWSE text and select a photo on your device. Photos must be JPG, JPEG or PNG format and must be at least 700 x 700 pixels,with a file size of not more than 20MB.  You can scale, position, or rotate your photo using the tools in the photo upload box.  When complete, click on the Save button.

Uploading a video

To upload a video, scroll down until you see the Upload video message box. Click on the BROWSE text and select a video on your device. Videos must be mp4 or mov format, can be no longer than 10 seconds, and the file size cannot exceed 100MB.  When complete, click on the  Save button.

Uploading a message

To upload a message, scroll down until you see the Message box. Type your message up to 150 characters, including spaces. When complete, click on the  Save button.

Play Name and Edit Pronunciation

If your school has included phonetic collection as an option, you will have the option of listening to how your name will be pronounced and making any corrections.  To listen, scroll down to the Play Name edit box and click on Play.  

If the pronunciation is correct, you do not need to take any action.  If the pronunciation is not right, click on the Edit button. (The Edit button is not visible until after you've clicked on Play to listen to the name.)

To edit the pronunciation, write your name out as it sounds phonetically in the name field.  This will not change how your name is written in the clip;  it only changes the way it will sound.  You can click on Play to hear how the name will be pronounced with the changes you've submitted.  You can repeat this process as many times as you wish until you are happy with the pronunciation.  When you are finished, click on the Save button.

Submitting your content

Please ensure all content has completely uploaded.  You must check the confirmation box and click on the Submit button at the bottom of the page to finalize your submission.
